The information which you provide enables us to communicate with you regularly, and to connect with you readily. All information submitted on this form is confidential and is not shared with a third party. It is for the sole use of the parish.

Parish registration is required when requesting the celebration of sacraments in our parish and when seeking pastoral reference letters for employment or for suitability for ministry.

The form below can be completed and forwarded electronically to the parish office or placed in the Sunday collection or dropped off at the parish office.
