St. Joseph Church was dedicated on June 24, 1894, by Bishop Thomas J. Dowling, Bishop of Hamilton, who, had laid the cornerstone only a year earlier, on September 24, 1893. 

Parishioners – old and new – are invited to join us for Mass on Saturday, June 22 at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 23 at 10:00 a.m. as we give thanks to God for our beautiful and historic church, which has been the spiritual home to thousands of Catholics for a remarkable 130 year.  A reception will take place in the Parish Hall following the weekend Masses, with cake and coffee.  All are welcome!
