SOLIDARITY PRAYER & SOUP MEAL
Join us for our annual celebration of Evening Prayer at 6:30 p.m. in the church, followed by a Solidarity Soup Meal in the Parish Hall on Friday, March 15th. The solidarity meal is an occasion for us to reflect on the many people throughout our world who, because of poverty, are unable to enjoy the rich banquet of food from which we so often partake. It is an expression of our solidarity with these brothers and sisters of ours who share our common home.
Parishioners are invited to bring a meatless soup of their choice to be shared with others. Bread will be supplied. A free will offering which will be directed to our annual Share Lent collection will be received.
Sign-up sheets will be at the entrances of the church beginning the weekend of March 3rd and 4th.
